L’Amoureux is a dessert for two. Savour the decadent Rose-essence cremeux dessert, atop reverse Puff Pastry and garnished with fresh raspberries. Puff Pastry in French is called, “Mille Feuille”. Mille Feuille is also known as a cake of a thousand leaves. The Rose cremeux is made with white chocolate and fresh cream.
